Villa Garcia Apartments consists of exterior site improvement and the rehabilitation of eighty (80) apartment units.
It included carport removal and replacements, hardscape improvements, re-plastering and painting, modifications of existing railings, re-roofing, replacement of gutters and downspouts, and renovation of the playground and pool. Interior improvements included new finishes, windows, and doors, ADA compliance improvements, and MEP system upgrades. Interior upgrade of the community room and laundry room. This project is GreenPoint rated for health and comfort.
