Since 1979, Phoenix House California has helped young people, women, and men to overcome substance abuse while living extraordinary lives in recovery. Annually, over 44,000 individuals – including veterans, people without homes, family members, parents, teachers, and students in California – receive their life-saving services: residential and outpatient treatment, continuing care, recovery support, school-based prevention and mental health services, and in-custody substance abuse and mental health services.
