Harvard Place Apartments

The building construction consisted of the development of a wood framed structure with a stucco finish and tile roof. The ground floor was intended for commercial retail with the second-floor housing 40, 1-2 bedroom apartment units. The project was part of a publicly funded low-income housing program.
