The Chapel Lane Senior Living project was a ground-up construction of a 33,000 sq. ft, three-story mixed-use apartment building in Ventura, CA. This 38-unit apartment facility was specifically designed and built for ease of use for Senior living. Each apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, and the building included laundry rooms and a community room.
The storefront first floor is now the home of the Ventura Housing Authority Offices. Improvements to the site included grading, drainage, utilities, paving and off-site public street construction.
