This adaptive reuse project with TRG converts an outdated supermarket into multi-family housing. During the initial stages, SCC discovered numerous "surprise" empty spaces that had been bricked-over as well as un-expected structural modifications. These discoveries led to almost the entire re-design of the project to ensure the final project was safe, attractive, and made full use of the newly-discovered spaces and structural elements.
