The Ventura County Community Foundation project located in Camarillo, California, consists of tenant improvements to the two-story, 50,000 sq. ft Ventura County Community Foundation (VCCF) new headquarters. Scope of work included full interior build-out with all level five (5) interior finishes, appliances and complete MEP systems. The project was completed over seven (7) phases on a Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract. The building now houses several non-profit groups and organizations including, VCCF, United Way of Ventura County, Interface Children and Family Services, 211 Call Center, Arrow Child and Family Ministries, Kids and Families Together, and Gold Coast Veterans Foundation.
