Casa Pacifica is a ground-up project consisting of six buildings and an extensive remodel of the existing administration building over multiple phases on an active campus.
Staples built or improved hardscape, landscape, administration buildings, new housing/cottages, therapy facilities, and education facilities. This project included comprehensive modification and expansion of the site wet and dry utilities.
