Preconstruction, General Contracting, Critical Path Method Scheduling, Primavera Contract Manager
New construction of 10,952 sq. ft, one-story medical clinic, built per OSHPD 3 specifications, on a 1.2-acre site. Extensive Edison coordination required through project duration in order for timely project completion. Linear wood ceiling system, ceramic tile, aluminum Wallform panels and custom casework are some of the finishes incorporated into this project.
