The Joni and Friends Tenant Improvement project was a remodel of the headquarters for the Joni and Friends social services organization in
Agoura Hills, CA.
The project included a remodel of 1,974 sq. ft. meeting space in their headquarters building; 7,512 sq. ft of the 3rd floor office space in an adjacent building and an extensive ADA compliant pathway with retaining walls, ramps, stairs, widening of a sidewalk and street crossing between the two (2) buildings.
The project was phased to minimize disruptions to their ongoing operations.
