Garden View Terrace is ground up construction of low income residential units.

The complex consists of a 48,000 sq. ft concrete podium deck parking garage with 10 wood-framed apartment buildings, for a total of 56 multi-family residential units.

Work also includes uncovered parking, elevators, solar panels on the rooftop, interior courtyards, accessible units, Energy Star appliances, laundry room, community room, and offices for on-site staff.
