Project Announcement: Thomas Aquinas College St. Cecilia Hall

Staples Construction proudly announces the St. Cecilia Hall project at Thomas Aquinas College.  Located in Santa Paula, this private college is expanding—with a little help from Staples.

Construction work has begun on a new 22,107 square foot lecture hall, with connecting structures to adjacent campus buildings. Once complete, the new St. Cecilia Hall will seat approximately 500.

The Hall will include a café and recreation area on the lower level, lecture hall/multipurpose room on the main level, and meeting/discussion rooms.  Staples is working with Rasmussen & Associates in Ventura to complete the project.

The site address is 10000 Ojai Santa Paula Road, Santa Paula, CA.2250 E. Pleasant Road, Oxnard, CA.  The project is estimated to cost $7 million.  St. Cecilia Hall is expected to open for lectures in September 2016.
