Project Announcement: Coastal Village Apartments

Staples Construction is happy to announce the Coastal Village Apartments project.  Construction work has begun on the Oxnard apartment complex, in conjunction with Lauterbach & Associates, Architects, Inc.

The Coastal Village project is a ground-up construction of a 101-unit apartment complex.  The complex will have 4 apartment buildings, connected by walkways, for a total of 82,686 square footage.  When complete, apartment tenants will enjoy a pool, spa, fountains, a community BBQ, a volleyball court, and even a bocce court.

The site address is 2250 E. Pleasant Road, Oxnard, CA.  The project is estimated to cost $17 million.  Coastal Village Apartments are expected to open for tenants in October 2018.
