Project Announcement: 2300 Wilshire Boulevard

Staples Construction is happy to announce the 2300 Wilshire Boulevard Mixed-Use project.  Construction work has now begun on the mixed-use property in Santa Monica, in conjunction with DFH Architects, LLP.

The Wilshire Mixed-Use project is new construction of a three-story mixed use development, including 30 units of residential condos, ground-floor retail shops, and 2 levels of subterranean parking.  The $24 million project started this month, with an 18-month development schedule.

The site address is 2300 Wilshire Boulevard, Santa Monica, CA.  This is one of our larger mixed-use projects, and we’re certain it will end up as a fantastic Santa Monica fixture.
