Ventura Springs Veterans Housing Rendering 2

Set on a 10-acre site formerly owned by the City of Ventura, Ventura Springs is ground-up new construction of eleven buildings on a 10-acre site. The 122-unit community is specifically for formerly homeless veterans as well as low-income veterans and their families.

Mixing two-story walk-ups with two three-story structures, all integrated within vibrant courtyards that promote community activities, Ventura Springs is designed as a traditional, family-oriented community with sidewalks lined with residential front doors, fostering a welcoming, pedestrian-friendly environment.

It will not only provide quality housing for low-income veterans and their families but also a range of on-site amenities including a large community room with a teaching kitchen, play areas, a DIY/Workshop space, a BBQ and picnic area, laundry facilities, gardening beds, bicycle parking, a computer room, offices for support staff, and multiple other amenities throughout the property all aimed at supporting tenant health and encouraging community engagement.
