Tonya Staples is the co-founder and co-owner of Staples Construction. Currently serving as the Secretary and Treasurer, Tonya’s focus is on big picture direction for the company as a whole. She works closely with company leadership to keep day to day operations flowing, whether it be through an administrative or financial lens. With over 25 years in the commercial general contracting business, Tonya continues to provide an observant eye on company processes and procedures.

Within the role of Secretary, she ensures that the administrative functions are being carried out in the best interest of the overall company. Tonya also retains and organizes all of the corporation’s significant documents and records.

As Treasurer, Tonya actively participates in financial direction and oversight. Corporate leadership holds monthly and quarterly financial reviews to ensure a comprehensive review for all key players.
