Mark oversees Staples’ entire Job Order Contracts program. From beginning to end, he ensures quality and timely service to public entities across Northern California.

Mark has been working in the construction industry since 2001 and has quickly advanced his career from project engineer, to superintendent, to project manager, and is now the Director of Construction for Job Order Contracting. As Director of Construction, Mark provides overall administrative and technical management of construction projects from bid preparation through final client acceptance. In addition to developing new business opportunities for area clients and projects, he also oversees personnel and manages our Northern California branch offices. Mark supervises the entire construction effort to ensure every project is constructed in accordance with the approved design, budget and schedule. He conducts regularly scheduled meetings with Clients, Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors to increase project safety and owner satisfaction. Mark studied Mechanical Engineering at the California Maritime Academy. He also proudly served in the Army National Guard as a Team Leader with the 1-184 Infantry Battalion, Charlie Company.
