Gary has an eye for strategy. His skill set encompasses everything from big-picture items, to the smallest budget details. It’s what has led him to success on projects across Southern California and Nevada.

As Director of Construction, Gary is responsible for all pre-construction and construction operations. He sets the strategic direction as well as the operational and administrative processes for all projects to ensure success. He serves as a liaison to clients for updates, reviews, and issue resolution throughout the life of every project.

Gary started in the construction industry as a Project Engineer for Martin-Harris Construction and worked his way into executive leadership including Director, Vice President, President (in both construction and software), and Chief Operating Officer for companies ranging from CORE Construction, UNIFI Labs, and DC Building Group. In every role, he’s been responsible for financial, strategic, and operational initiatives. Those initiatives yielded many notable successes: In excess of $1 billion of completed commercial builds for private, education, municipal, and healthcare organizations as well as development of building information modeling (BIM) software for the engineering & construction industries.

Gary’s training in corporate and administrative management began with Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. He’s previously served as President of the Nevada Contractors Association and has held memberships in NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Association, Design-Build Institute of America, Urban Land Institute, and the Construction Management Association of America. He is currently active in non-profit organizations including Catholic Charities, the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulcher of Jerusalem and Legatus.
