David has over 35 years of design, project and construction management experience, including 25+ years as President of Staples Construction and over $1 billion in project net worth.

As President, David and is responsible for all contractual commitments. While he participates in reviews, analysis, and issue resolution throughout the life of the project, he is responsible for what is arguably the most important aspect of any project: asking the questions that need asking.

David empowers his team to do their best, and ensures every project is completed on time, on budget, and at the level of excellence every client deserves. He pioneered the Staples work management model—investing in extensive pre-construction planning and the latest technology. That work model has become the Staples brand and has driven his team to great success.

His training in Civil Engineering and Construction Management includes a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin.
