Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in contract law, 17 of which have been spent with Staples Construction. Her role with each project is to provide a review of proposal documents, clarifications, and contract terms prior to project start. Upon award, Jennifer oversees review of the owner contract, feedback and comments from Staples, and negotiation.

Additionally, Jennifer works with every operations team and labor compliance to finalize project specific subcontract language and exhibits to ensure consistency with the project’s contract terms and obligations. Throughout the project, Jennifer provides final review of all subcontracts, serves as a resource for contract-related questions, and advises on any additional supporting documentation.

Her ultimate goal is to work with the Staples team, client, and subcontractors to set everyone up for success. A strong communicator, Jennifer enjoys collaborating with all parties and strives to ensure all are on the same page regarding obligations and responsibilities to the project.
