Adrian is an experienced Scheduling Manager with Staples Construction. After spending his first 4 years in the civil sector, he switched to the commercial sector in 2014 as a superintendent.

Adrian has amassed a thorough, real-world knowledge of construction management and logistics. Throughout his career, he’s been tasked with creating/updating CPM schedules for each project. Extending his skills there, he’s employed several software platforms (P6, Suretrack. Microsoft Project, Agtek 3D) to build out his schedules. In doing so, he can provide his team with critical insights and potential impacts. Recognizing Adrian’s aptitude for scheduling, Staples Construction entrusted him with creating and updating all project schedules. Adrian now operates in the role of Scheduling Manager, where he continues to oversee all project schedules, while also monitoring project metrics in order to identify and mitigate risks.
