The Pool and Landscape of the Chandler NoHo

Central to the design is an elevated podium deck featuring a streamlined rooftop pool surrounded by sleek concrete decking and sun loungers—the perfect urban oasis for residents. The deck is complemented by an adjacent clubhouse, gym, and outdoor barbecue areas, creating a seamless indoor‑outdoor experience for socializing and fitness.

Landscaping on the podium deck and around building perimeters embraces a modern L.A. aesthetic, with planter beds and strategically placed trees softening the hardscape and providing shade and greenery in an urban environment. These plantings are complemented by intimate seating niches and lounge areas that foster casual gathering. At street level, the project integrates urban planting along sidewalks with street trees and well‑defined green buffer zones, enhancing the pedestrian experience and linking to nearby public amenities.
