Named for the Bryson Apartment Hotel, it’s historic Beaux Arts neighbor in the MacArthur Park area of Los Angeles, California, Bryson Legacy is a new affordable housing complex developed as a joint partnership between the Los Angeles Partnership and The Richman Group.
The renovation of this midrise housing sanctuary located along bustling Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles embodies a commitment to community support.
The affordable units are comprised of a distinctive mix of 15 lottery units, 33 residences referred by Mental Health America, and 15 units in collaboration with The Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center for the developmentally disabled.
