The Whizin Market Square is a multiphase project at the existing Whizin Shopping Center and includes site improvements, a complete interior remodel of the arcade and atrium, and 13,000 sq. ft of office space.
Improvements also include new restrooms, roof modifications, and a sunroom (patio) enclosure. The project is LEED Certified and included the use of FSC wood products, reused and recycled materials, efficient lighting, and enhanced indoor air quality standards.
