Snapdragon Place is the second phase of a two-phased affordable housing community for the non-profit organization, Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation. This portion consists of 22-units across five (5) two-story type V-A buildings on an approximately one (1) acre site.
The total building area is 19,921 sq. ft with site improvements that include covered parking with photo-voltage panels, trash enclosures and courtyard community spaces with seating areas, decorative hard scape, play structures and drought-tolerant and native landscaping.
