Designed by DesignArc and developed by the Richman Group, the NoHo Station Mixed Use project at the corner of Lankershim and Chandler Boulevards in North Hollywood, California is 239,537 square feet and 7-stories of 127 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments above 12,000 square feet of retail space and a 218-car garage. Ten of the apartments will be set aside as deed-restricted affordable housing and on-site amenities include a courtyard, a swimming pool, a resident lounge, and a fitness center. Formerly a car rental facility, this .82 acre site is a prelude to an even larger multi-phase development slated for the subway station's park-and-ride facility.

Pre-Construction began in August of 2017 and mobilized for construction in July 2019. It is slated to be completed late in 2021. Once completed, Staples Construction will have successfully met the daily challenges of building on one of the most traveled boulevards in Los Angeles County.
