The Garden View Terrace Apartments is a low-income residential project. We worked hand in hand with the Owner and the Architect to facilitate ground-up construction of a 48,000-square foot concrete podium deck parking garage with 10 wood-framed apartment buildings, containing 56 multi-family residential units over subterranean parking.
Scope of work also included uncovered parking, elevator, solar panels at the rooftop, interior courtyards, Accessible units, Energy Start appliances, laundry room, community room and offices for on-site staff.
Staples Construction provided the budgeting, design assistance, and value engineering to complete the project. We worked within the Owner’s financing requirements, including completing Phase 2 buildings adjacent to occupied Phase 1 buildings. This project is even GreenPoint Rated for health and comfort.
