Charles Street Terrace is a “Blueprint for Progress” for innovative design, construction and integrating green technology. The project was planned to reduce environmental impact while meeting the need for affordable and decent housing. We enjoyed the challenge, and love the results!
The 50,194-square foot, 20-unit apartment complex includes solar power systems for electricity and hot water, energy efficient appliances, solar lighting, a manager’s office, community room, computer lab, exterior decks, subterranean parking, on-site parking, an entrance bridge structure, and beautiful low water landscaping.
