We are proud to announce that the Los Feliz/Garden View Terrace Apartments are now GreenPoint Rated!
The GreenPoint rating comes from Build It Green, a nonprofit that works with builders like Staples Construction, to improve the quality of California homes. Their practices help us to build or renovate homes according to a green efficiency standard.
From their website: “GreenPoint Rated is the most trusted independent green home certification program in California, providing proof that a home is healthy, comfortable, durable, and resource efficient.”
Los Feliz/Garden View Terrace Apartments is a 10-building complex in Thousand Oaks. Its 56 multi-family residential units total 35,000 square feet. The Staples team completed construction in November 2014.
