Serge Karageorgiou brings over two decades of construction leadership to his role as Vice President of Construction at Staples Construction Company. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for delivering high-quality, technically complex projects on time and within budget across a wide range of sectors; including multifamily and high-rise residential, mixed-use, senior living, hospitality, student housing, healthcare, education, government, entertainment, and commercial developments.

Serge’s deep expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through closeout. He leads by building teams who enhance our relationships with all stakeholders. He is especially skilled in driving project performance through detailed planning, collaborative problem-solving, and a commitment to quality.

At Staples, Serge is responsible for overseeing design development on our design-build projects, managing project financials (P&L), and ensuring that every detail meets the client’s expectations. Known for his steady leadership and collaborative mindset, Serge plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence and strengthening long-term partnerships throughout the company’s diverse portfolio.
