Michael has over eleven years of accounting and finance experience within the construction industry, leading all aspects of Staples Construction’s in-house accounting operations.

As Vice President of Finance, Michael oversees accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, financial analysis, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Michael began his career at Ernst & Young, where he earned his CPA license, and brings that foundation of audit discipline to the Staples finance function.  Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics, with a Minor in Accounting, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
